What is VASA Refund Policy?


  • No player(s) may be added to a roster after draft day.  The head coach will serve a 5 game suspension if a player participates in a VASA game without being properly registered online.
  •  All returned checks and disputed debit/credit card charges are subject to a $25.00 Returned Item Fee.  The Returned Item Fee will be added to the player registration fee.
  •  Once the draft for the sport is completed, there will be no refunds.  The executive board has the right to review refund request on a case by case basis if needed.
  •  All refunds must be in writing directed to the Commissioner of the sport registered and will be directed to the appropriate person on the board at that time.  The refund will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment was made within 72 hours of the request not including weekends and holidays.
  • In the event the current season is canceled do to circumstances beyond our control, VASA will make an attempt at offering a partial refund.  The refund amount will be based on if uniforms are paid for and ordered, if insurance is paid for as well as our usage agreement with the city and ISD are paid for.
  • Late fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • If you do the 3rd party insurance at the time of registration, you will need to contact the 3rd party insurance supplier directly.  That registration insurance is not through VASA.
